At Plum Diamonds, we want you to be completely in love with your fine jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all diamond certifications and appraisals. Pack everything securely in a new, shipping-safe box.

• 3.
  Apply Prepaid Label

  Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the package to ensure your return is tracked and protected.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
